This guy is always solid. Very trust worthy; only fixes what needs fixed no added unnecessary up selling. Jason will only recommend a repair if there is truly a need. Jason has kept my cars, my friends and family's cars running for at least 4 years now. I have nothing but good to say about this mechanic and I definitely wont take my cars to just anyone; especially after some of my anchorage mechanic experiences... Took my truck in for a emergency repair. This guy is the real deal! Very fast repair, done right, no BS and his price was great. Hard to find someone like this in the automotive field! Next time I need a mechanic I will drive the 200 mile to have him do the job. Thank you very much Jason.

Great experience! Called on a Sunday and Jason had no availability but offered for us to drop it off that day so he could work on it the following morning. He diagnosed it, gave us a call, worked on it promptly and had it ready for us in under 2 hours. Definitely will be back!

It took me quite a few years to finally find and honest auto mechanic that I knew I could trust (down in Washington). So when my daughter called from Anchorage with a car problem that had to be taken care of (before she made the 2-day drive from Anchorage to Seattle) ... I had no idea who to send her to. I spent several hours calling around for quotes and found Jason, (owner of 'J-Sun Auto Repair'). He immediately reminded me of my guy down in the Seattle area, so I felt pretty confident sending my daughter his way. Over the phone, he quoted me $250 (with the expectation that the problem is likely a faulty coil pack— the part runs $150). After the repair he called back to let us know that the car is running smooth again and the price came in at $40 less than what he had estimated! Furthermore, he ended up throwing on a free set of wiper blades (he had an extra set sitting around the shop that happened to fit her car). I believe this is the first and only review I've ever written - but I felt compelled to do so. If you're reading this, I hope it saves you the time in calling around. :) And maybe it will help to send a few new consumers your way Jason! You are truly one of those rare diamonds in the rough—the real deal! Thank you for the honest service, better than fair pricing, and taking my daughter's car in on such short notice. First time customer with this shop and brought my Ram1500, having a problem with squicky sounds and I thought it was the alternator. Dropped off the truck the next day at 11am so he can fix it. He didn't take the whole day to wait for him to call me, instead of alternator problem it's just the coupling. Replace the coupling and 2pm he called truck is ready for pick up. Jason is a trusted person as long you tell him what's need to be fix. Thank you again Jason ( J-Sun ) Recommendable

Jason is AMAZING, I called on a Sunday with a slightly broken truck and a 14 hour drive to Canada ahead. He got us in ASAP, fixed up the truck quickly and was a fair price, highly recommend!

Fixed my broken window motor within hours of calling for half the price I was quoted by the dealership. Dealership would have taken 2-3 weeks to get the same repair done. Great quality work, highly recommend!
